WHY YOU SHOULD INVEST IN PROPERTY?

With the banks, saving schemes, Stocks & Shares and ISA's giving a very
poor rate of return, it's difficult to know what to do with your money.
This is why we believe that investing in property is the answer.
In August 2020 the RICS Sales Market showed strong momentum, with
big rises after the easing of restrictions following the outbreak of the
pandemic, caused partly by the 'pent up' desire to buy or sell just
before the 'lock down'. The long term view is more cautious, with the
furlough system soon to end, unemployment and many businesses
have crashed as a result of Covid19. However, property has remained
strong as we are always going to need somewhere to live. As an island,
with a rising population, there will always be a shortage of housing and
we would like to be one of those people to help solve that problem.
Bournemouth has a strong demand for rental properties as we are
close to the sea, often providing nice size gardens and are near local
amenities. Rental growth has strengthened further, showing that tenant
demand is still rising and where better to provide all of this than in
Bournemouth, a good size town with an abundance of beautiful country
areas and coastal locations.
Like all businesses, property has its good and bad years but according
to Nationwide, only 8 out of the 67 years up until 2019 has property
reduced in value.
